Delete your account

Inside the app (fastest)

1. Open the Bete Nbab app and sign in.
2. Go to Settings.
3. Tap “Delete account”.
4. Enter your account's phone number to confirm.

Your account is closed immediately and the data is permanently deleted after 20 days.

If you can't open the app

Lost your phone or already uninstalled? Request deletion below. We handle requests within 7 working days and will contact you to confirm it's really you.

What is deleted, what is kept

• Your name, phone number and email — permanently removed
• Login codes and device information
• App usage and error logs

• Payment records — required for accounting, but no longer linked to your identity

The account stays closed but recoverable for 20 days from the request, in case it was a mistake. After that the data listed above is permanently deleted.
